These okes have no clue. When compared to open serve or DFA they are completely out of their league. DO NOT use their upstream service through your ISP. NO ONE is SA has more outages than frogfoot. NO ONE! I think they stuffed up their roll out years ago and do not know how to stabalise their network.
Auto Elite Car Dealership in Upington became a customer of ours recently. The team there have been amazing and as a supplier we can vouch for their integrity and manner in how they manage supplier relationships. if this is how they manage supplier relationships, I can only imagine how nice it would be to be a customer of theirs.
I have supplied Alpen Autohaus for many many years and i can assure you that of the thousands of cars that they have sold to happy customers. The negative reviews on this website are isolated incidents. 2nd hand cars do have issues from time to time, the variables are massive and the paperwork is crystal clear. You can trust in the human beings at Alpen Autohaus. They are fantastic people with a high degree of personal ethics. Also, it is not fair to bad mouth Bluechip Dealers. This is without a doubt SA's premier network of dealers. Their code of conduct is robust and their members ALL have well established businesses. Alpen Autohaus is a responsible customer centric dealership and you must have no trepidation in buying a used car from them. Don't let 4 agro customers out of thousands allow your judgment to be swayed.
Amazing!!!! Dipuo Boshoga is a legend. I requested a claim to be refunded to me and fortunately my vendor was approved. Dipuo was courteous and most professional and had it arranged in minutes. Momentum for the win. Dipuo for the win. Thank you Dipuo!!!
Beware of Evetech. Do not say you were not warned! RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE. RUN!!! If you need customer service stay away. If you want to order built units then stay away. If you build your own platforms and have tons of time to spare while you wait indefinitely for your goods to arrive then I guess they are mediocre at best. Clearly the cheapest prices come at a cost and in Evetech’s case, that cost is integrity and customer service. We have run an IT related business for 15 years and ordered hundreds of PC related things from multiple suppliers. We have never experienced such a terrible result from any service provider. We will NEVER use Evetech again and I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs. The small change you save with Evetech is quickly evaporated by the schlep of dealing with their customer service and reliability on what you buy. I now have the perception that they think customer service is a joke and after reading that my experience is not unique at all, they seem to relish in the bad press with a “FU/Deal With it” attitude towards frustrated clients. Evetech took significantly longer to have our good delivered in CT compared to what they promised us on their order confirmation. This resulted in a cancelled client order after we paid for the goods, a loss of a hard earned reputation and loss of income. They never answered their phones. Not once in 6 attempts over 2 days. We eventually just gave up. I now imagine that this is a deliberate tactic. Instead our calls consistently went straight to an automated answering service even though it was mid-morning on a working day. All our enquiry emails seeking feedback were met with a canned email response telling us of their standard delivery times. These responses were all received at least 48 hours after sending them. In this case, we ordered two dell laptops along with another PC and a great monitor. When we booted the laptops for the first time and eventually managed to get to the desktop, the laptops were clearly running incredibly slowly (i3, 7th gen). Upon checking the task manager, BOTH HDD’s were running at 100%. With one of the laptops, if you held your ear to the bottom you could clearly hear a high pitch scratching sound from the HDD. These were brand new laptops. We decided that after our rubbish delivery and communication experience with Evetech, that sending the HDD’s back to them would be an even worse experience and decided to replace their faulty “brand new” HDD’s with SSD’s. This change resulted in a much higher price which means we could have just ordered the same from Frontosa, Mustek or any number of suppliers or even, heaven forbid, Take-A-Lot, and get it in 3 days. In hindsight, we would go this route before ever ordering from Evetech again. When opening the laptops we identified that both the laptops had been previously opened (brand new laptops). a) there were fingerprints on the cover and chassis and the chassis *****s were claerly unfastened before and we can only surmise that they opened them up and replaced the HDD’s with faulty ones most likely under the assumption that we would not want to deal with them. I acknowledge that this is speculative at best, but perceptions are perceptions, and this is not our first rodeo on replacing HDD’s. To make matters even worse, upon checking the DELL service tag status’s and driver updates, we discovered that the laptops only had 16 and 10 days left on the Dell service warranty which should have been 1 year from date of purchase. Beware of Evetech. I am putting my experience down to a 20k lesson to learn that Evetech are not good at all when it comes to delivering customer service or per-built units. DO NOT order fully built PC’s or laptops form these people. Only order parts and build yourselves if you have the patience to wait unjustifiably long wait times in our modern age. EVETECH!!!! NEVER AGAIN. SIES!
Pay for 50Mbps but get between 4 and 25 regularly. Wjhen you do get through to them they tell you switch it all off and then it works for a short while. They clearly making bucks to afford a new website but the chat on their website doesnt work, their phones lead you to a voice mail message after keeping you waiting for a few minutes. Try see on their website if you can see a contact support number. What kind of company has no number offered and whose chat is broken. Moving to another service provider is expensive. Gatvol of this ****.
My gran, on a state pension, needs oxygen to get by, has bought a plane ticket for herself, her excessive luggage and her motorized wheel chair, so that she can attend the wedding of one of her grand children in CT.<br> <br> This return JHB to CT ticket is not cheap.<br> <br> Kulula have told us that our gran is not allowed to take her own oxygen on the plane and that she has to use their oxygen.<br> <br> They then told us that she must pay $400 (dollars????) for oxygen which only they can provide. <br> <br> Also, because she cannot take her own oxygen equipment on the flight, she has to find a place that will rent her oxygen for 9 days. Due to her state pension rules, this is proving to be near impossible to arrange. <br> <br> What is it that makes Kululas' oxygen equipment different to the equipment our gran is already using?<br> What justifies their charging such a ridiculously high amount?<br> What justifies their charging dollars for the oxygen? <br> Have Kulula considered the tremendous difficulties they are causing for our gran?<br> <br> We have spent over R 10 000 on tickets and being forced to spend another R 6000 for oxygen for 4 hours seems criminal on Kululas part.<br> <br> Do you have a conscience Kulula?
