I have been a happy customer of Evonet since first joining CrystalWeb in 2015. I have always found their technical support first class and their billing department willing to go the extra mile to assist me. Over and above this, they have been really helpful during these difficult times of Covid-19. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive fibre service provider.

My experiences so far (Since CrystalWeb became EvoNet) with EvoNet are amazing, super solid line, if I forget to pay they switch me off and if I pay the line is active within 10 minutes. Also if I need support they respond in under 10 minutes for emails sent to their support email address. Also when I upgraded my line it was super simple and they communicated well and advised me accordingly. This company needs to continue promoting Service excellence as I will never choose to change my ISP if the service remains as on point as my current experiences have been so far.

Pay for 50Mbps but get between 4 and 25 regularly. Wjhen you do get through to them they tell you switch it all off and then it works for a short while. They clearly making bucks to afford a new website but the chat on their website doesnt work, their phones lead you to a voice mail message after keeping you waiting for a few minutes. Try see on their website if you can see a contact support number. What kind of company has no number offered and whose chat is broken. Moving to another service provider is expensive. Gatvol of this ****.

I usually check Hello Peter before using a service and every now and again one gets good service which is seldom posted on here. Had excellent service from Evonet after reaching out on Facebook because I was struggling with my fiber. I was contacted within 15mins and dealt with Michael who deserves a mention for his knowledge and patience. We found the problem and resolved it. Very happy with this ISP.

Hi After switching to Afrihost I know how happy I was with Evonet fiber. Their support is awesome (Mike). I have a wonderful experience with them and their fiber connection. Regret migrating to Afrihost. I will be back as soon as I sort out Afrihost.

I have had the same problem as many on this forum. when we with crystal web we had amazing service and product speeds. once evonet took over problems started. in feb after i paid in the last week of feb 2019, on 28th feb they say thera ecutting services off. ever since then i have been battling to get my refund. all out there take them to small claims court, which is what i am doing right now

Evonet charged me for an ADSL service for March and has then decided to cancel the service at the end of February. I have been struggling to get a refund back from them for about 2 weeks now.
