i bought a nissan 370z from them in december, i am in durban they in capetown. they send me a car with 1 l of fuel, no plates, no temporary plates, the car shakes and vibrates, the windscreen washer pipe is cut, the airocn dont work. basically the car was not up to standard. 1 hour after receiving the car i fned dealership to refund my money according to national consumer protection act. they refuse. to date the owners will not take my call. be very careful of this company. i have to now take them to court to get my monies back. the car is accident damaged which i have wtsapps from the salemans when i asked him bef buying and he said they dont do this. somebody gona go to jail for lying
I have experienced no coverage were i need to use the rain simcard this is what i emailed them , do u think they bother : They need to be reported to ICASA "Hello there My wife ordered a sim card from u guys a few weeks ago We received the card by courier I think on the 13th november very speedily and efficiently I must say We put the simcard in in our house and it did not work I went online and a very efficient assistant advised that there was no coverage in my area 48 ayesha avenue, parlkock, durban, kzn So I took it to another place 15 elmfield place to test and it worked I then took it to another place that I wanted to use it permanently 269 inanda road And it also did not work here Another onlijne assistant told me that there was a technical problem in that area and it wont work till some repairs were done We waitied patiently and then tried it last week again It still did not work I contacted online help again and they told me no change So I told them since I need the data I have to cancel and url cannot charge me for something that did not work from day 1 I now see they have charged my credit card Can u kindly return my monies or I am disputing this with the bank My wifes login was hafeezahassim@gmail.com Does this jhelp ? Mango has become notorious for delays nowadays. I have been a diehard client of theirs for many many years , but recently their track record has not been very nice. 2 weeks ago my nephew was on a mango durban jhbg flyt at 10pm sunday night, he only got home at 2am on a monday morning Myself and my daughter were on a mango flight at 19h15 on sat 28th sept. I had paid for an avis pickup and dropoff at airport. We received notification of a 1 and half hour delay so we cancelled the pickup and made arrangements for somebody else to drop us off so we lost our money with avis. I ended up having dinner in jhbg at 11pm saturday nyt. cometh sunday the 29th and i am on a 18h45 flight, that flight gets delayed to 22h30, yes u have read that ryt 22h30. at 5pm i call the mango line and ask them to chanmge my airline or put me on earlier flight. they change me to the flight that was leaving at 17h30 but was delayed to 19h25. i get to the airport and that flight moves to 19h50. we eventually depart at 8pm. wat n gemors to say the least
I have had the same problem as many on this forum. when we with crystal web we had amazing service and product speeds. once evonet took over problems started. in feb after i paid in the last week of feb 2019, on 28th feb they say thera ecutting services off. ever since then i have been battling to get my refund. all out there take them to small claims court, which is what i am doing right now
<p>hi there. i had purchased 2 fossil watches for my daughters from paris in august 2014. we had some issues in feb 2016 and took them to the gateway store in durban only to be told there was nothing they could do and it would cost this that and the other to rectify what seemed to factory problems. In June 2016 I complained to fossil international and the american subsidiary pointed me to fossil in capetown. A sam Casper got hold of the email and personally saw to it that the watches were restored to their original pristine condition. What a feather in their cap. i would recommend the fossil brand to all and sundry and esp SAM CASPER.</p> <p>Thanks for great service on a great product</p>
