Exact Clothing I would like to log a formal complaint cause when I am being nice and friendly towards your staff they give me the worst service. This complaint is for Exact Mall of the south. I went to the store this morning to return shoes that do not fit my son, before approaching the till I checked shoes they had and didnt see anything I like or found suitable for church. I dont have the original slip but I do have the picture of the original slip on my phone. The lady I got at the till told me I need the original copy for a refund. I left and asked my uncle to check the slip for me. They phoned me and told me they found the slip however its dirty and full of garbage. No one will be able to touch or use it. I then called the store explained that the slip was found in the bin and its not usable, the person who answered the call told me that they can't help me without a copy, I then asked if their system doesn't keep copies if I tell them when the shoe was bought. She said I would then have to come with the store's copy and they will assist me. Fine I told them no problem will get that for you. 2 minutes after our call they called to tell me that they are going to give me a gift card to buy at any tfg store and not cash. Why give me a gift card when I didnt buy with a gift card. The shoes I want to buy for him are at another store that does fall under TFG what then. Is this how we are being ****med as consumers and for your staff to tell me that I am being unreasonable and I have explained my situation
