Worst customer service at exact mall of the south
Exact Clothing I would like to log a formal complaint cause when I am being nice and friendly towards your staff they give me the worst service. This complaint is for Exact Mall of the south. I went to the store this morning to return shoes that do not fit my son, before approaching the till I checked shoes they had and didnt see anything I like or found suitable for church. I dont have the original slip but I do have the picture of the original slip on my phone. The lady I got at the till told me I need the original copy for a refund. I left and asked my uncle to check the slip for me. They phoned me and told me they found the slip however its dirty and full of garbage. No one will be able to touch or use it. I then called the store explained that the slip was found in the bin and its not usable, the person who answered the call told me that they can't help me without a copy, I then asked if their system doesn't keep copies if I tell them when the shoe was bought. She said I would then have to come with the store's copy and they will assist me. Fine I told them no problem will get that for you. 2 minutes after our call they called to tell me that they are going to give me a gift card to buy at any tfg store and not cash. Why give me a gift card when I didnt buy with a gift card. The shoes I want to buy for him are at another store that does fall under TFG what then. Is this how we are being ****med as consumers and for your staff to tell me that I am being unreasonable and I have explained my situation

MRP IS A ****! I PURCHASED CLOTHES ONLINE AND THEY HAD A PROMOTION THAT IF YOU BUY CLOTHES FOR AN AMOUNT OVER 1000 YOU GET 200 OFF, I USED THE NOJOKE200 CODE AT CHECKOUT AND MY TOTAL WAS SUPPOSED TO BE 869 AFTER APPLYING THE CODE, BUT THEIR SYSTEM DEBITED 1069 FROM MY ACCOUNT. I CALLED AND WAS PROMISED A REFUND WHICH TO DATE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED. I WAS ON A CALL WITH MBALI A FEW MINUTES AGO SHE MADE ME HOLD FOR 10MINS TILL MY AIRTIME RAN OUT AND I KNOW SHE IS NOT GOING TO BOTHER TO CALL BACK. I WANT MY MONEY BACK MRP

The worst customer service in the entire world!
In Jan I logged a complain for Basmati rice that had worms inside and was called to log a complain, we are now in March and no one has said anything. I need answers or I will escalate to the CEO!

Worst Service Ever!!!!
I logged a claim on the 21st of October 2021 for my lost phone and submitted all the required documents no one has gotten back to me, I have followed up and still no answer. I just tried calling and was holding on the line for over 15min. Can I get an answer today before COB.

Mc Donald's Albeton just fed me and my husband paper and I have stomach cramps some of the paper is stuck in my teeth. Am so disgusted I don't know if my kids ate the paper too cause Mc Donald doesn't give a damn about their customers health

Whipped cream wont come out of the can.
Hi Pick n pay I Bought Pick n pay Whipped Cream 250g and the cream is not coming out. Yesterday was the first time using it after buying it month end. I have been shaking this can and there is nothing coming out. I bought it at the Pick n pay Alberton City. your soonest response will be highly appreciated regarding this matter. regards Mamello

Ackerman is selling poor quality clothes
In October I laybyed summer clothes for my kids and on the 16th it was the first time they wore their brand new clothes. But my 3 year old girl's minnie mouse shorts were torn apart 30min after wearing them. I noticed as she was dancing with her cousin that her panty is showing. She's not a fat gal, she is skinny and those shorts are not tight. How did you guys sell customers an item that is a reject? I would like this to be escalated to top management because I want answers TODAY

Sharp bone found in triple decker
I just bit into a sharp bone found in the Debonairs pizza i bought last night. this is not acceptable what if it was found by my children. Can someone please get back to me regarding this matter.
