I went to apply for my access parking card on the 13.02.23, firstly i met two ladies at the reception clueless,they couldn't assist me with anything but atleast gave ma a copy of a quotation that was lying on the printer.
They depend on their useless manager by the name Godfrey,i went to their offices 3times that day but couldn't find him even once.I eventually asked for his contact number,managed to call him yesterday and told him how urgent is this access card.He told me as soon as my head office sign the lease agreement,he will send them the invoice to pay,they did that yesterday, today when i call to follow up with him he is telling me a different story.The invoice needs to be send by his head office not him ,i asked him to make them aware of the urgency of tha cards ,he then tells me straight no it won't be possible because they are not just dealing our lease without even asking,how pathetic for a whole manager?I am so disgusted at their service ,it now feels like they are doing me a favour,i a not treated like a customer
