<p>I ordered a Samsung phone and made payment on 2nd December. Unfortunately, I put the wrong reference on the EFT. I realised the mistake on Monday and sent them a message. They are not responding and I cannot find a phone number for them.</p> <p>I have now spent R1,149.00 for a phone that will possibly never arrive. This was to be a special Christmas present for my beloved domestic worker who desperately needs a new phone. I cannot afford to pay for another one.</p> <p>Has anyone got any ideas on the best way forward?</p>
