Grey products ?
Please be very careful to order cell phones from this site. I recently bought a Huawei P8 Lite from them and was surprised by their stock volumes while the walk in stores were all sold out. Just to find that the excellular product is build for the Asian market and not the Europe market. (Including South Africa) This may create a list of possible problems Report to continue...........

No response!!
<p>i bought a Samsung galaxy s6 about a year ago but need to send it in for repairs at Samsung where I was told I need a invoice with the imei number on. I've emailed ExCellular 5 times and I've gotten 1 response asking for details (I sent my details) and still I'm waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous! </p>

No Response! No Phone!
<p>I ordered a Samsung phone and made payment on 2nd December. Unfortunately, I put the wrong reference on the EFT. I realised the mistake on Monday and sent them a message. They are not responding and I cannot find a phone number for them.</p> <p>I have now spent R1,149.00 for a phone that will possibly never arrive. This was to be a special Christmas present for my beloved domestic worker who desperately needs a new phone. I cannot afford to pay for another one.</p> <p>Has anyone got any ideas on the best way forward?</p>

<p>Looking for a new LG G5, I found exCellular.co.za via a web search.Knowing nothing about them, I did a quick search the read some reviews on them. Being satisfied that they look legitimate, I purchased the LG G5 on Tuesday evening and immediatly made the payment. Late on Wednesday I recieved a call from exCellular.co.za to confirm the colour device. The device was delivered just after lunch on Thursday.</p> <p>What great service! Thank you!</p>
