Funds still not received after a week

I received money from abroad on Friday, and Exchange4Free notified me to declare the funds with the Reserve Bank. Usually, such process will take a minute with FNB, and Fund will appear immediately into my account.

It's been a week and I still have not received those funds into my account. When I request an answer, I keep on getting the same response that the funds were transferred to my bank.

I am so disappointed by the service because this is a small amount relative to what I receive into my FNB account either directly or through PayPal on monthly basis.
