Terrible service. The employer looked for flimsy excuses for not processing a claim. I had to pay the claim from my pocket, and honestly, I regret opening this policy
I purchased a laptop which was faulty because it keeps disconnecting from the internet. I submitted for repairs and it has been gone for a month. Call centre cannot assist and the store it's useless. No more buying from Incredible connection.
I have been calling the call centre for the past week to ask them to unlock my phone, but no one seems to have an answer on why they're unable to unlock my phone. I even had to make an advance payment. Please unlock the unlock.
Please get yourself a decent courier service. This will be one of the most terrible decisions I made in life. I paid Thursday morning to deliver a parcel from Kempton Park to Bryanston. I'm told it can only be collected on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. If I knew, I should've to Bryanston.
I am disgusted by MTN. I was cancelling my LTE device contract. I was given clear instructions to go to the store, hand over the device and SIM and cancel the contract. I did precisely as I was told. I told the consultant at Festival Mall to cancel the contract, but she didn't. The Debit order went off, and I was told to return to the store to cancel the MTN. This is unacceptable because I'm told I must return to the store.
I app**** for a credit with African Bank, and I was provisionally approved on two occasions but declined because they are unable to confirm my employment status. I respect their internal process to verify my employment status, however, I submitted a letter of employment from HR and Telephone numbers as advised by the Customer services, but I was still declined. I do understand bank statements and payslips might be doctored; however, I have provided all the relevant documents. My issue is no one knows the set criteria used to verify employment status because I asked Customer service what exactly you want me to attach and disclose, but I still don't get a fix answer. I am not sure if you want to do physical inspection, or what exactly it's the criteria followed, or should I just accept you're unwilling to provide me with credit.
Your consultant agents have terrible attitude. I have placed an order, and I'm still waiting for it. It's been over 10 days now, and I'm unable to get an answer on when the order will be delivered.
I placed an order on the 8th January 2024, hoping my wife will receive her gift on the 10th January 2024. Well, the sadly, Netflorist has not delivered the order and there is no prospect of being delivered today. No one wants to guarantee that the gift will be delivered today. This is a terrible service and no one seems to care. I will never use their service again.
I purchased a TV online on the 26th December 2023. The order was processed and paid. On the 27th December 2023, I spoke to the consultant who told me that they are out of stock, and he will help with processing a refund. The order was never cancelled. Game proceeded with delivering the TV. I told the driver that I had made a purchase already, and he returned with the TV. I did receive the email confirming that the TV has been returned. On the 5th January 2024 when I called Game, a consultant told me that they did receive the TV, however the order was never cancelled which meant the refund cannot be processed until that has been cancelled on the system. This unacceptable, It was your consultant who told me Game doesn't have stock, and he will proceed to cancel the order. I'm not sure why it was never cancelled on the system, I have been told the matter it's with finance for more than a week.
