Been trying to get my refund before 7 days and this company refuses to give me my full payment, they don't have a cancelation policy but take 50% deposit if you cancel due to a death in the family. Absolutely pathetic service. They don't answer when you call and I am waiting for my money since Thursday night. What a ****! The lady kept telling me she will give me feedback but doesn't and doesn't take my calls.

Very Disappointed by the service received from Exclusive Decor, we had discussed the decor via WhatsApp and telephone. Via telephone I had told them that I needed the decor to be done by 1pm as we were having service from 1-2pm. I also did explain this was for a ceremony. I had called them last night the 12/01/24 the lady had told me she can come by 9am to put the decor as I told her that the tent we had was not I use for the prayer done early in the morning. She then reassured that the decor will be done by 1pm.i had paid a deposit of R1000 as per their policy. I started to to call them today at 10:15 to check what time they are coming, as per video, my calls were canceled and ignored, I only received a call after the 35 call. I was then told they are coming and that they are 15 minutes away, they only arrived at 12:49, mind me we already had guest and the service group present here. I expressed my disappointment in them and told them there is no need for the decor anymore as my family have already did a small decor. Their explanation was their daughter had they phone and was playing games, I told them since when do you give your child a business phone to play with, when you going to be having customers phoning you, they couldn't pay me back the R1000, but they only gave me back R500 saying they already spent money I petrol to come. I had told them that is not my problem. The lady had told me that she misheard the times as she thought the service was at 2pm their explanation was pathetic and unapologetic. Pathetic service.
