Thank you for your review. We have tried our best with multiple phone calls and correspondence to keep you updated and as per your review it confirms that you did know it was placed on pre-order. Also as per your review, it states +-19 December which means it is an estimate. As explained to you by Cathy and by Karen and by Abby previously as per communications telephonically that we went back on, this was explained to you and we also did note that unfortunately due to harbor delays, it is currently delaying our containers, however if it arrives on Monday/Tuesday, we will definitely assist to get it to you as soon as possible.
Karen also stated as per your conversation with her today that we can even send it to your holiday address for you to assist.
We are trying our very best to assist with this matter and sometimes harbors and customs are out of our control and may take slightly longer.
Therefor we have stated multiple times on previous communication to you that we will definitely once it arrives be sure to make plan to get it to you.
We do apologize if you have felt inconvenienced with regards to this matter as we are really trying our best to assist.
We have also opted for a refund, which you preferred to wait for the stock.
We are still doing our best as we are just as frustrated at thuis stage with regards to the container not being with us yet. However it was advertised for the 19th of December on estimate.
Our shipping agents have even dedicated a truck to wait there day by day this week at the harbor for as soon as the container is ready it can load immediately and drive through to the warehouse.
Our management was also planning to place your order on Express shipping for you to receive it as soon as possible under circumstances at no additional cost.
With regards to your wife's comment, we did not delete it, we sent her proof thereof as she looked at a different post and thought it was deleted.
We are not trying to hide anything and we were open from the start with regards to the ETA of the back order container.
We trust you will find the above mentioned in order and try to understand the circumstances and that we are doing our absolute best to get it by you before Christmas.
