I have been a customer of Mweb for 23 years! Never missed a payment for my internet and last month decided to give up my Telkom internet and consolidate with Mweb by ordering an LTE system and router. The process was simple but now my first bill arrives and they are charging me for August and September and also charging me for the router for July and considering it was only delivered on the 8th August thats a cheek!! Having now hung on for 10 minutes on my Telkom phone line to their Billing department with no reply I'm very interested in their response as when I phoned their sales dept to change to their new system they answered immediately!! Also when you call their 087 number from a cell phone it will NOT connect so not much help for those who have a problem! Seriously Mweb is this really the way you treat you long time paying customers?????
