I have been a customer of Mweb for 23 years! Never missed a payment for my internet and last month decided to give up my Telkom internet and consolidate with Mweb by ordering an LTE system and router. The process was simple but now my first bill arrives and they are charging me for August and September and also charging me for the router for July and considering it was only delivered on the 8th August thats a cheek!! Having now hung on for 10 minutes on my Telkom phone line to their Billing department with no reply I'm very interested in their response as when I phoned their sales dept to change to their new system they answered immediately!! Also when you call their 087 number from a cell phone it will NOT connect so not much help for those who have a problem! Seriously Mweb is this really the way you treat you long time paying customers?????
I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the TETLEY TEAM for surprising me with some Masala Chai tea that I had written to them about not being able to find at my local shops!! They really went the extra mile knowing what a Tetley fan I am!! Very much appreciated as its delicious too!
Having written a bad review about how DSTV didn't discontinue my service when I asked for it, I was surprised how quickly they responded once I contacted Hellopeter! They have now achieved what they said they would by refunding the monthly installment they took in error and discontinued my service.
I recently wrote about DSTV not switching me off and taking another months subscription and they phoned me almost immediately to try and sort it out! Sadly they have not but I just wanted to say how well making a complaint on Hellopeter really works! You can be assured that your complaint has been forwarded to the offending party far quicker than phoning and hanging on listening to their Musak, write to Hellopeter instead!! Well done
I cancelled my Dstv subscription on the 11th August telephonically and was assured i would be disconnected on the 18th at midnight! OF COURSE this has not happened and now they have taken R919.00 from my account today the 20th! Why should I have to spend another costly 30 minutes on the phone when I have a reference number 1858 of the disconnection?
I got a reply to my complaint about your December 16th Promotion on your washing machine to say I could expect to have someone sort it out soon, this has not happened so please look into this again and get me a RESOLUTION! Or could i just give you the washing machine back as i am not that impressed with it?
There was a promotion at GAME on December 16th last year where if you bought a Samsung Eco bubble washing machine you either got a weekend away or a domestic return flight in SA. i was notified of this by SMS and decided to buy one. After giving them all sorts of codes and contacting the promotions dept direct as i did not hear back from them, I was assured that they had my details and I would hear from them. So that was a lie. I keep sending them emails and have heard nothing to date. I have purchased a lot of Samsung products including a Tablet, TV, the washing machine, Fridge, Cellphone etc and am not impressed with this turn of events! is it all a Scam i ask you?
