The worst customer service ever, they happily make the sale and then forget about the customer. I have been phoning numerous timeS after them to follow up on my order and for almost a month no Fibre installed. Then after so many calls and following up on the status of my order and sending all documents requested after the order was already in progress and no reply to any email, I eventually received an email saying, they have received the documents, and not to call them they will call me. Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have asked MWEB for help so that they can stop charging me for hosting a website that is down. I also can not find the developer who registered the domain in his name. I did not get any help with regard to this. I find it unfair that they are not willing to help me but they want to charge me for free. What is the point of being charged for hosting for a website that is down.

I have asked MWEB for help so that they can stop charging me for hosting a website that is down. I also can not find the developer who registered the domain in his name. I did not get any help with regard to this. I find it unfair that they are not willing to help me but they want to charge me for free. What is the point of being charged for hosting for a website that is down.

I have been a customer of Mweb for 23 years! Never missed a payment for my internet and last month decided to give up my Telkom internet and consolidate with Mweb by ordering an LTE system and router. The process was simple but now my first bill arrives and they are charging me for August and September and also charging me for the router for July and considering it was only delivered on the 8th August thats a cheek!! Having now hung on for 10 minutes on my Telkom phone line to their Billing department with no reply I'm very interested in their response as when I phoned their sales dept to change to their new system they answered immediately!! Also when you call their 087 number from a cell phone it will NOT connect so not much help for those who have a problem! Seriously Mweb is this really the way you treat you long time paying customers?????

I have been a customer of Mweb for 23 years! Bit further down the page I have written a review and I sincerely hope that the review with all other 5 stars reviews is still current.....I reached out to the team yesterday and today with very limited feedback and support, unlike the case a month or so ago when it was superb to say the least. Not only did I try and get support via the ticket system(one reply saying that they will reply later), but also via Whatsapp (no-reply), Tawk (no-reply) and Facebook (no-reply). I hope it has just been a bad day at the office and it is not due to a change at the business....?
