On my arrival at 08h00 to the maintenance court in Pretoria North Court, at the maintenance section. I was rudely treated by the staff, they communicated to me in a language I don't understand and yet they hear I am English. The attitude the staff give is totally u except able. They treat u as if they are doing you a favour... I m very offended and feel treated like a animal.... Changers need to be made and mix caltures should be at work here, not only one race.... I am not happy.....
Bad customer service and never refunded my money after returning their fridge back to store on the 06th June 2025. I bought a fridge at russells wonderpark on 02 June 2025 and waiting 3days for delivery to be made after paying delivery fee of R303.48 on the 02 June 2025. The delivery only came the 5th June 2025 and I was not happy with the product and returned it self the 06th June 2025. I then requested on the 6th June 2025 for a refund on the fridge I returned a day after delivery. The manager of the store done the return and refund on the 06th June 2025. The manager said the the money will be refunded into my account with 7 to 14 days. Today on the 27th June 2025 marks the 14th day plus, . I have not been refunded as yet. On the 26th June 2025, I went to remove them about it being the 14th day the following day. The manager said to me. The warehouse has not collected the fridge from their store so no refund had been processed because the fridge is still in their store. That's not my problem if russells wonderpark has not done their work on their side to have the fridge collected from their store. The policy states that the cust( me) will be refunded within 14days. I WANT MY MONEY TODAY 27th June 2025 from this store. It's 14 days and russells doesn't care whether I am sitting without a fridge. I spend cash money on the fridge instore now you don't wanna refund me. Thats ******* practices. I am sitting without a fridge and I need my cash I gave the store back today. As per your 14day policy. I need russells head office to now take action. I am not a happy client and I will bever recommend your store to anyone, if this is how you treat your clients. I feel treated like I was sponsored the fridge but I paid my hard earned money for it. I want my money by today. This matter won't end here. Suenelda Martin 0783269941

Hi I as the client needed to always do follow up on my last claim. They failed to update me on my claim. Whereby I had to do the calling. Plus minus 2 to 3 years ago they refused to fix my sealing in the house that just fell in..... They claimed it was a bad job done. Yet how will I know if I moved into the house like this with everything built already. Was it not their job to do house inspection before insuring the house, so that we know all the problems upfront. But never the less they can get more dedicated people to work for them and they should know they getting a premier every month. So when I need help I expect to recieve it as a loyal paying client . Mweb has failed me. I called them like 6times yesterday because I had a major problem which needed to be resolved. Within the calling I received 6 OTP's as well for every call. I spoke to a lady at customer care whom could not resolve the major issue, mind you me I waited more then 40mins to be assisted and she said that only rention department can assist and she put me through and I holders another good plus minus 40 minutes. Retention department said that no they can not assist and said they will put me through to billings department which I had to hold for a long time as well. Then within all these they always have the call hang up amd I have to start again from scratch to call. I used about plus minus more the R100 airtime on them and still my problem is not resolved. As per the person at retention whom put me through to billings department. She said she will also notify them to call me back because I did say to her that my airtime will run out with all these holding because you don't know who.can resolve my problem. They sent me rather pillar to post. The major issue still stands and no one got back to me to assist me. Mweb is no better then Rain. I will figure out a way to take this matter way above foward before the end of today. Because yesterday they did not take me serious. It is the 25th and I lodged those calles to mweb the 24th March 2025. Where do we draw the line here. It's either they cancell because of their uselessness even though it's a contact which is less then 3months old. It's mweb that is useless to me when it comes to their consultants communication and problem resolving. I am not gonna be held in fault here. Better yet Openserve as gave Mweb to me and the open serve installer I still wanna deal with. He who installed the mweb fiber, went to the back of my yard with my sister whom was not aware that no one is allowed in the cottage. The installer took the connection box to fibre installed in the cottage and put it in my house. I want that cottage box back. The installer was suppose to bring his own tyt?. I want it back and I did sent an email to info@openserve.co.za as per what I found out yesterday when I opened the cottage myself to clean for the next tenants. Regards Suenelda Martin
I am not impressed with mweb service at all. I paid R249 on the 09th December 2024 at 11h41 for fibre connection and installation to be done. I was connected and told I should wait atleast 14 working days to be connected and installed. I AM STILL NOT VONNECTED NOR HAS INSTALLATION BEEN DONE. I don't have internet from the 9th December 2024. I had so much hope that even I went to cancel my fibre on the 14th day expecting installation. No installation or connection have been done. I am sitting without internet excess due to mweb's weak interest in me as a client. How van I resolve this because I already sent am email to them and I have not recieved any responds. Of mweb can do this now, tell me how will they treat their customer's in future
Mweb is like the worst when trying to contact them. I paid for installation but can get hold of them and they never installed.
POLICE WE are coming from a South African Police Service force than now South African Police Service now, as South African Citizens can we call this unit as the South African Police chaos/disaster or is there a better name as we suffer under this unit and do not get any assistance, you will report a matter on a Friday and they will respond on Monday, i reported a matter at Scenery Park Police in 2015 and got first response in 2024 case withdrawn (is this fair and can we call it justice) There are dedicated officers but frustrated by their seniors who are not supportjng them or motivate them in their efforts in their duties(totally demotivated) I personally do not know our Provincial Commissioner including the majority of citizens here in the Eastern Cape unlike former Commissioner of Police in Gauteng the General Mawela and the new commissioner there now same like in Kwazulu NATAL where Commissioner Mkwa**** do not take nonsense about ********s showing them that police in Natal will do everything to fight ********s (no nonsense commisioner) keep it up commisioner and fight fire with fire What pains most is there ****** of children/ women / deadly shootings / ****/ being unsafe at your premises/ streets, We are living on a daily basis in fear (human being afraid of another), when will we be relieved of this heavy chains as our police here in Buffalo Flats are not visible at all (no patrols / no roadblocks in this crime riddle area Report cases and you will never get any feedback it is high time for a change police to be rotated How can you get detectives from a police station to do high crime investigations (this is to fail our communities) Bring back ****** and ******* and Organized crime units who will be capable to deal with this crimes as it is in their field Lastly it is quite clear that there is a lack or no cluster meetings between police/ traffic /justice/ prisons/npa to see what is in the interest of the pubic to come up with better results from all mentioned departments (i was present where a Buffalo Flats detective put his phone down whilst the Prosecutor was talking and he never returned the call
