What is happening?
Bit further down the page I have written a review and I sincerely hope that the review with all other 5 stars reviews is still current.....I reached out to the team yesterday and today with very limited feedback and support, unlike the case a month or so ago when it was superb to say the least. Not only did I try and get support via the ticket system(one reply saying that they will reply later), but also via Whatsapp (no-reply), Tawk (no-reply) and Facebook (no-reply). I hope it has just been a bad day at the office and it is not due to a change at the business....?

First time I have ever written a review :-) This company deserves 5 stars, great service, always quick to respond, and to top it - the best product!
