Samsung TV's are BAD NEWS
I have always trusted & only used samsung products for most of my adult life but now I will throw that trash straight in the garage bin.... I bought a BRAND NEW 58" SAMSUNG TV from MAKRO ON the 05/01/2021 thinking that the Samsung brand is of a good quality and thought it would last me atleast 7 years,DAMN was I wrong. From Samsung customer service to the product itself, you have the WORST product on your 58" TU7000 tv's... The TV was working fine until it wasn't,after paying a supposedly Samsung repair centre R870,the guy comes and leaves within 5 minutes and tells me I will get a quote within an hour....After calling and emailing continuously with no response from Samsung, I finally after a few days get a quote of almost R6,0000 to repair the television, can you believe it,R6,000???? @ that too is just under 3 years of having the TV... I've been told that Samsung no longer uses proper quality parts but rather imports cheap quality parts from China at a fraction of the price???? I've lost all hope in Samsung and would not suggest anyone buy that ****... I must pay another R6,000 to repair the TV aglfter just purchasing it under 3 years ago,I think not!!! Samsung look after you after sales customers,don't expect us to pay the price of a new TV just to repair!!!!

SAPS ROODEPOORT DISGUSTING SERVICE
Roodepoort saps pathetic to say the least,I waited 45 minutes to get an affidavit done than when I finally got a sergeant BALOYI to assist me,I asked him for a pen so I could write my affidavit and to my utter surprise, I was blatantly told to go and buy a pen and come back!!!can you believe that this supposed to be at a saps police station. Disgusting service!!!

Dekra Automotive Randburg has the worst service from their receptionist ever,they are down right RUDE,OBNOXIOUS,UN HELPFUL,AND LACK TOTAL MANNERISMS. Management you need to do something or else you will be out of business very soon due to their behavior and lack of any kind of experience they think they may have.

DEKRA CENTRE IN RANDBURG HAS THE MOST OBNOXIOUS,******,UNPROFESSIONAL FEMALE STAFF WHO ARE RUDE & DOWN RIGHT STUPID!!! FROM MY EXPERIENCE THERE TODAY I WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYONE GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM ALL THE FEMALE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION !!! PATHETIC SERVICE & THE OWNER/MANAGEMENT MUST GIVE THE FEMALE STAFF SOME BASIC TRAINING STARTING WITH BASIC MANNERS!!!

Makro has the utmost worst customer service ever!!! I've been trying to get a hold of them via telephone for the past week & the phone just rings till doomsday!!! Come on makro,for such a big company BUCK UP MAN,REALLY!!!!!

Bad customer service Renata TYRES Randfontein
Worst customer service ever,my car was damaged by the staff working at Renata TYRES in randfontein and the guy working there nerve of telling me that I am a liar and worst than that the owner promises to call me back on 3 occasions after I called him and you guessed it right,he never calls back.
