Exito Fashion House has a great Instagram platform where they advertise their clothing. Based on that, I ordered online on 21 October 2025 with the hope that they are a trusted South African brand since they have listed South African celebrities that wear their clothing. Their website doesn't have any contact details, only an email address that bounces, orders@exito.co.za. Their customer care email address is not attended to. Can the OMBUDSMAN intervene, as there are many complaints about this organization? I will also lodge a complaint on the Consumer Complaint platform.
