Great customer service

I bought some books online and a few days later I found out I had to move out of where I was in two days and travel to a different province immediately after. I quickly reached out to Exclusive Books to let them know I would not be at the address I had listed at the end of the week (when my order was likely going to be delivered) due to unexpected travel plans. Lesley assisted in changing the address and surely, later that week, the books were delivered to my main address. Thank you so much to all the people who helped with getting the books delivered to my main address and thank you for being professional and understanding.
