I have a South African property listed on Expedia. Their support for South African guest houses is nil. You can only talk to a robot / AI and cannot get answers. I have been struggling to get payment from them for over a month. There is absolutely no South African contact numbers of customer service. And unfortunately there are many offs**** travellers who book through Expedia. Disaster. Do not use them as your partner of choice.
