Not adhering to the booking cost as per the Website

My board of executive members rented a vehicle from this company to be paid for at the counter upon collecting the vehicle.

When they arrived at the collection point, they were requested to pay an additional R 25,000 for the rental and were refused to be assisted, and the lady who assisted them at the CPT international airport was extremely rude and disrespectful and chased them out.

They had to leave the airport in an Uber as the people refused assistance.
