I am writing to you to make a complaint against the ongoing issues at the “Estate” managed by Experia Property Management. Staying there has become very frustrating and emotionally draining. We were sold a dream, now we live like a small community in a hostel. We have invested a lot, and the service that we are getting from Experia management its unacceptable. How do you expect human beings to stay there and raise their kids?

There have been several break inns and burglaries at my house and not even once did one person from your
respective office came forward and assisted. While we still pay levies, I had to install armed reactions to ensure
the safety of my family. Incident: 26 February 2016

Secondly, the electricity problem. There have been several black outs in the estate. Sometime they last for 2 – 3
day. We have to stay in the dark, while Experia Management are well off and leaving the liverish life. You call, no
one answers. Incident 1: 30th April 2016, until 4th May 2016
Incident 2: 18 October 2016 (In progress)

I moved into a town house in 2013 managed by Angela a useless agent that never attended to anything. January 2015 Gerda phones to say I must sign a new lease for the escalation. At the office they slipped up and made it my problem. I was told to pay the escalation plus admin. GERDA came with the owner of the unit who was on vacation from Dubai, I signed the lease for 6 months in the owners presence. I asked for my copy to be emailed to me. It never happened. I also asked Gerda and Angela to advertise the unit as we are relocating. I had no response from any1. After moving out end of May 2015. I phoned and emailed Lynette numerous times and she never return calls. Finally she emails me after a month stating no deposit due she has given the owner the deposit. Yet my deposit was kept in a trust account. So what has happened to my deposit including the interest for 2yrs. I have all my backup emails. I never signed a lease for 2016 at all. No response from Angela or Gerda, the receptionist knows how I used to phone all the time and they never available. Their service stinks I would never again rent from Experia. All I want is my deposit with interest thanks

I was an official occupant of the apartment on the 10th of April 2015, and was promised that all the necessary maintance will be attended to ASAP, its 3 weeks later and I still have no lights in the bedroom. Several other things are also in questionable condition. I had then sent the Agent emails and tried calling and still no response or reply. I then contacted the company directly, they said they would comtact me, nothing happened I called in several more times, with no luck. This is really unacceptable, taking into account that I will still be paying rent for a place with no lights!!
