The call centre agent was amazing and on point . So reliable.
Repair management process does not take into consideration the clients needs. How do you send such respond to the client instead of ensuring that the repairer gets the job done on time and not to inconvenience the client. They have an SLA with the repairer not me. "As per on our system your car hire is due back 28/07/2023. Unfortunately, we are not in the position to extend the car hire as we do not compensate for parts delays and / or parts on back order – however you can extend the car hire for your own account"
Builders Warehouse valleyview, I am very disappointed and disgusted with the online and delivery service . I wasted a full day waiting for my delivery . Took about reliable service delivery 0/10 . I made it clear that I am not always home, and arranged to be available today but anyway I guess we need to complain first then some people will start doing their jobs properly and take customers seriously .
Good Day , I am very disappointed with the online service order and delivery . My order was not delivered but its shows as delivered. I do not understand how does one wrong fully delivers and order and not rectify it immediately. I waited for days for this order ,now i need to wait another 2 days while they try figure out were the order was delivered . This is simple common sense .The driver needs to be directed back to where he delivered my package , and so called Cecillia who signed off the delivery should have produced an ID document / sms as proof of order . The way this is handled i am not happy , this should be treated as matter of urgency . Someone, somewhere is busy enjoying themselves with my order. If this is no rectified by tomorrow lunchtime , please cancel my order and process a full refund . Regards, Cecillia

I received the email for order collection , got there and I received my packages in less than 10 minutes. I was extremely happy and satisfied with the service. I will recommend to friends and family. Quick and reliable service
Makro strubbensvalley - Online order customer service . I placed an orderline , received an email for collection - then on 2nd June I drove all the way to Makro strubbensvalley . I am working from home so I thought this will take less than 10minutes to collect. I got there , no queue . I waited for almost an hour for an order they could not find . I wasted a whole hour of my time for these bad service. I was very disappointed . I left my number, I'm still waiting for the call. They don't even bother to follow up on customers. "0" rating , they don't even a deserve a single star. I will not recommend this service to family and friends .
<p>Bought R 600 worth of prepaid electricity , disappointed. They said it takes 15 minutes to recieve the token, but reality is it takes more than 30 minutes. Now i have to sit in the dark , while they sort out their technical. If I knew before hand about the issue, i would have drove to the nearest provider. After paying via EFT, thats the only time they informed me.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I am so glad to be part of the family and being a loyal custome to Nedbank. They assisted me as quick and without hessitation. I am travelling abroad and I had know one to turn to to assist . But i am glad to say Nedbank had my back. To the beautiful ladies who assist , though it was outside they are call of duty and went the extra mile.
