I purchased the 400g Oh My Goodness Mac and Cheese today, 14 November 2025, and when we opened it, it was spoiled. This is now the second time I’ve bought an Oh My Goodness ready-to-eat meal from this Checkers that was rotten. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a product intended for children. The lack of quality control at this store is a serious health concern, and it needs to be addressed urgently.
We ordered food on the app last night, the driver called to say he is outside, i indicated there is no one there, I asked him which complex, he kept telling me the app says he has arrived, I told him I understand that, but which COMPLEX? i then told him which complex he should be, he never came. I feel that this is a way them to take the food, I logged the complaint on the app, didn't receive assistance. I really cant believe we are being ****med by Uber eats and their drivers!
I do not understand why i only get assisted by standard bank when I send complaints on a public forum, why cant they just do their job! the service is so terrible, time and time again, i am not sure what i need to do to get assistance by this Bank. I sent a request for someone in their Vehicle Asset finance department to contact me, several calls, eventually was assisted by Tshuxeko, who then escalated to the relevant department which was on the 29th of December 2022 , on the 13th of December 2022 i again followed up, and Tshuxeko again escalated, its now almost a month later 13th of January 2023 and still no one from HomeNCar has contacted me. Eventually this will impact my payments, then Standard bank will be the one telling me that i should have contacted them, which I have tried to SEVERAL TIMES, and poor Tshuxeko is not getting any help either and he is a standard bank employee, just to show terrible the service is even internally!!!
Standard bank has the worst customer service!! Its utterly frustrating to try and get anything done through their agents. I have made numerous calls, and different agents will explain a different story. I resorted to emailing them on the 10th of November 2022, it is now the 23rd and my issue has still not been attended to! I needed my debit order date for my vehicle finance debit order to be moved from where it is currently, I received a response from Anitha Mgavu telling me to verify some information, which i did and still nothing has been done or communicated for that matter. I don't understand why standard bank agents just do not do what they are supposed to, when the debit order goes off on the incorrect date it will reflect negatively on my credit score. I am definitely moving banks, this is a nightmare!!
What terrible customer service, I can't believe it, ordered a pizza at 18:26, it's now 2 hours later and I still don't have the pizza delivered. The Proto Pizza in Weltevredenpark. The male cashier proceeded to tell me that there are no drivers, and I should take the pizza myself, what nonsense!
I have banked with FNB for a long time now, and their customer service is just getting worse by the day. I sent a complaint through their own channels, and received a complaint reference number, but no one has contacted me since. and this matter has to do with the incompetence of their agents. I am not that loyal, i will just move to another bank to be honest, i don't have the patience for inconvenience while i am paying to have an account with you. DO BETTER!!
I was an official occupant of the apartment on the 10th of April 2015, and was promised that all the necessary maintance will be attended to ASAP, its 3 weeks later and I still have no lights in the bedroom. Several other things are also in questionable condition. I had then sent the Agent emails and tried calling and still no response or reply. I then contacted the company directly, they said they would comtact me, nothing happened I called in several more times,with no luck. This is really unacceptable, taking into account that I will still be paying rent for a place with no lights!!
