I bought an iphone 12 pro cash at experimax canal walk in September 2023. It started giving me problems at the beginning of December 2023, I took it in for assessments on the 31st of December 2023, I was told that it will have to be booked in. I decided that I will book it on the 6th of January 2024 as I needed to use it for business. On the 6th of January 2024 an assessment was done and the phoned booked in. I was informed that it might be ready on the 7th which the following day. on the later on the 6th I was told that my phone had been taken back to the supplier and they will inform me when its ready. On the 8th of January 2024 I followed up I was informed that its not back yet. I phoned again this morning the 9th of January 2024, I was told that they are going to consult the manager regarding my phone and phone me back and never phoned me. I decided to follow up and they since have not pick up my calls.
I then called their branch in Tygervelly they promised to follow up and get back to me. My business is suffering due to this lack of communication and transparency regarding my phone.
