NOT VERY EXPERT STORES!!! (Slow slow slow)
If you want the kind of service one would expect from TakeAlot, do not use this company. I ordered a Phillips shaver, mid March. It took them nearly 2 weeks to ship it to me, and when I received it, it didn't come with a USB cable that I believe should have been in the box. I tried charging the shaver with the charger supp****, but it wouldn't accept a charge. I had numerous conversations via email with their sales rep over the past 2 weeks regarding the problems, and at last 5 days ago they agreed to collect the shaver and credit me. To date it has still not been collected and they still cannot tell me when they will collect it.
Everything in dealing with this company is SLOW!
