This company has changed a lot they are hiring indians with no experience demoting people with experience Managers dating jnr staff it's disgusting most of staff left because of the way they run the company .HR is not doing anything about it surely she's also scared as she takes orders from these indians People must watch out it's bad bad bad

I tried to buy Saeco filters on the online store (it is only available online) On getting to the payment option I selected Credit or Debit card. On clicking Confirm & Pay now, I get a failure. I am not going to pay directly into a bank account (bacause of *****). I wrote an e-mail to hello@expertstores.co.za. They said the developers fixed it. I must try again. Same problem.

So I ordered an electric shaver on June 16. I received an email from their Ecommerce Expert, Khaya Tyanase saying goods would be delivered in 3 working days. Thats as far as things have gone. Khaya does not answer emails when you ask why the order has not been received and also does not answer if you ask for a tracking number so you can see whether the problem is a courier problem or a problem at Expert. Expert Stores seem to be a WANNABEE online retailer.

This review is about Expert Store and not the product I bought from them. Website: Good, sensible, and user-friendly. The website mentions that Expert Store is part of Tafelberg Furniture Stores, which is absolutely untrue. Tafelberg Furniture Stores does not even know about such an online store and cannot accept their product for collection. Payment: Reliable. It was quickly processed, and I received an acknowledgement email. Delivery: Takes a very long time. 3 weeks. Communication. No delivery details or information are provided. Telephone inquiries extremely unfriendly and unsuccessful. Emails are not handled by them at all. You do not receive an invoice for products delivered by them. (Have already sent 3 emails about this, but received no response from Expert Stores!)

I ordered samsung filter cartridges in January online with you and it arrived promptly and all, but because of one letter difference (between a c and a q) I ordered the wrong ones. I rep**** to the mails that I got about my order that I would like to exchange the cartridges, but no comms on it at all. I sent a mail to the email address on their website, also to no avail. Now I sit with very expensive useless cartridges and absolutely no way to get this resolved. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is my last resort!!

I am so heartbroken. I ordered a stove from their online store. A week later they call me to tell that they do not have stock of the stove. I have scheduled moving into my new apartment around this stove as I cannot afford takeaways. Not only did it take them a week to realize they do not have stock, but I still have not recievwd my refund. The only funds i have left to get myself another stove. I don't even have takeaway budget. They have left me stranded. PLEASE SEND ME MY REFUND

If you want the kind of service one would expect from TakeAlot, do not use this company. I ordered a Phillips shaver, mid March. It took them nearly 2 weeks to ship it to me, and when I received it, it didn't come with a USB cable that I believe should have been in the box. I tried charging the shaver with the charger supp****, but it wouldn't accept a charge. I had numerous conversations via email with their sales rep over the past 2 weeks regarding the problems, and at last 5 days ago they agreed to collect the shaver and credit me. To date it has still not been collected and they still cannot tell me when they will collect it. Everything in dealing with this company is SLOW!

I was hesitant on this store. I thought it could be a **** because they had the cheapest Samsung Earbud Pro 2 in the country The product is legit. Comes with warranty. The team are friendly and fantastic. Really great experience all round
