This company is a ****!! They do not exist. They come across as legit. I believe the positive reviews on here are also *****ulent. My brother paid for the service after completing all the forms and then the company stopped responding and blocked him. Needless to say, they never pitched to collect the pet either. If this gets deleted, take note that i am spreading this on all other social media platforms.

No communication at all!!
I ordered samsung filter cartridges in January online with you and it arrived promptly and all, but because of one letter difference (between a c and a q) I ordered the wrong ones. I rep**** to the mails that I got about my order that I would like to exchange the cartridges, but no comms on it at all. I sent a mail to the email address on their website, also to no avail. Now I sit with very expensive useless cartridges and absolutely no way to get this resolved. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this is my last resort!!

non refundable e-books
<p>I couldn't download ebooks that I bought on the 16th of May. The books that I ordered on the day after downloaded beautifully. All the operator could say was that e books aren't refundable..he will pass the issue on to some other department, but there is no gaurantee. I dont want a refund I want what I paid for. R200 rands worth of ebooks! Now they have lost a customer that has spent thousands with them before! Sianara!!</p>

Keep away!!!!!
All we wanted was screed flooring for a granny flat. We paid 50% deposit for the worst workmanship ever. It took ages to start, was messy, not what we expected, (after seeing samples) and finally cut our losses. Clive shouldn't be in business. Buyers beware!!!

insurance call center rudeness
I was called, without my permission, to be bugged by a call center operative to sell my daughter life insurance. when I started to explain that she wouldn't be interested, she put the phone down in my ear! I don't care how many people are rude to these unwelcome callers, I was not, but was treated rudely by the person calling me!! Well, watch me now!!
