10/10 experience highly recommend Explore Cruises
What an absolute blast of a time, we went on the sunset cruise and the music matched the vibe perfectly, we almost missed the cruise but Tristen the respectful young man in the office that helped us with booking was able to guide us to the boats making it very calming for us due to us panicking for almost missing it.

Amazing time spent! The crew was very friendly and helpful. Skipper ross did an amazing job with all of us on the boat. I was running late but a gentlemen in the office Tristan assisted me very quickly with phenomal service, well spoken and even guided me to the Catamarans. It’s the small things that matter most! Very well organised company, can’t wait to come back!

Very unhappy explore yacht trip customer
Arrived at the given time for departure and they said the slot has been canceled without communicating. It is quite a drive to get to Victoria and Alfred waterfront so it was quite a let down that we didn't get to go on the trip that we have paid for. The guy at explore reception said we're the only 2 people for 5 pm trip so they're not going to do the boat trip.
