Very unhappy explore yacht trip customer
Arrived at the given time for departure and they said the slot has been canceled without communicating. It is quite a drive to get to Victoria and Alfred waterfront so it was quite a let down that we didn't get to go on the trip that we have paid for. The guy at explore reception said we're the only 2 people for 5 pm trip so they're not going to do the boat trip.

Maui and Britz car rental
A person whom rented a car from Britz crashed into me a month ago. Since the incident I have received very poor assistance regarding the claim for damage to my vehicle. I had no choice but to go to a ombudsman This company's claims department has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Maui and Britz
A person whom rented a car from Britz 4x4 crashed into me. I am really struggling with this company's claim department to make a claim for the damage to my motorcycle. It has been 4 weeks since the accident and I have not received form of notification from this company with regards to the claim and have very poor customer service when speaking to them over the phone.
