Very unhappy explore yacht trip customer

Arrived at the given time for departure and they said the slot has been canceled without communicating. It is quite a drive to get to Victoria and Alfred waterfront so it was quite a let down that we didn't get to go on the trip that we have paid for. The guy at explore reception said we're the only 2 people for 5 pm trip so they're not going to do the boat trip.
