Abysmal customer service
Absolute nightmare to deal with. Belligerent CEO (David Cooke). I purchased a Victron MultiPlus inverter from this company in November. The inverter was handed over without any configuration. I returned it to them twice, the first time being misconfigured by their staff and the second time they identified a fault and needed to process a warranty claim with Victron.
I was then told I could not get a full refund as I did not return the cardboard box it came with, along with the manual.
If you’re considering making a purchase - save yourself the hassle and rather deal with a company who are willing to lift a finger to provide decent customer service.
Absolutely lacklustre - avoid at all costs.

15 Dec 2022, 13:35Hi M jf B we are sorry to hear about your experience. As per our policy Returns & Repairs need to have its original packaging, all accessories and a proof of purchase. Several of these items was not present or returned, therefore a full refund could not be made. You have also been informed that the inverter was returned to Victron and replaced under warranty and the new one is currently in transit to us. We hope this clears up any uncertainties about this issue.
