John and his team seem to know what they're doing, but I give him a zero rating on his after sales service. For the single woman or the customer who is looking for a company who offers professional, all round service and customer care, this is definitely not the company for you!. No feedback when I asked advice. Once he receives his money, he is nowhere to be seen!. You are on your own to suss it out. No follow up service, zero clientele assistance when you a have a problem or question to ask. He does not answer his phone!. And that's a NO NO with me, because if 6 months down the line there's a problem, this company won't assist you. You're on your own. PS. Also, now the pool pole is faulty, but no answer from John!.
