Non responsive

Stay far away from this company. Nearly 4 years after the my fibreglass pool installation and I’m still left with a sub standard product where holes , chips and spider cracks formed in my pool 2 weeks after installation. John’s supplier Pools4Us has been liquidated and my balance of my 10 year warranty GONE !!!!. In May of 2023 John contacted me to rectify all the issues with the pool if I remove all my 1 star reviews of Extreme Pools. That was the last I heard from him. I’ve said it before in my previous reviews of Extreme Pools that John takes no accountability for his work….this whole ordeal is proof of that.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS ONE MAN SHOW OF A COMPANY!!!
