Terrible service, will never use them again: 1. Ordering is easy but they take your money before they tell you that stuff is out of stock 2. 3 days after you order, you find out that your stuff is on backorder 3. After 1 week there is no feedback or update on the status link, so you phone and get told Amara will phone you back 4. The following day Amara has not phoned so.you phone again and Amara did not receive the message to phone you. Amara tells that your lenses will take 8 weeks!! But in the meantime she will order you a trial lenses because they understand that your last pair of lenses is already in my eyes. 5. Amara says she will communicate by email. No email Is received 7 days later and no delivery of trial pair either, but no communication so who knows.Maybe a lie! 6. You try phone 8 days later and are told we are at our Christmas function, phone on Monday.
I ordered on 28 November, today is 21 December and the first time I will be able to phone again is 28 December. So happy that you have had my money for 1 month earning interest.
I think I will just ask for a refund on 28th because this is pathetic
