Supersonic has the worst accounts department in the world! I've been trying to get them to allocate my payments for almost a year now, but I keep getting told I'm in arrears. I emailed accounts department on Wed 28 May 25 and received ticket number SST693731 ..ITS 8 DAYS LATER AND NOT A SOUL HAS EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED MY QUERY. I suppose they have so many complaints they can't cope. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!! Someone please phone me
Mall of the South Branch....not only are these people friendly and helpful, they are honest! I left my phone when I paid for some goods and they kept it for me. So very very grateful to Monqdoa ...Highly recommend ..these people will look after you. Thank you to all involved in trying to contact someone I know...I really appreciate it!
We have been clients for ages and have NEVER missed a payment. Today we get notification of suspension of service due to non payment. I've never received a statement from these people so how would I know they are losing my payment. Just a warning to people who want to join this app...you spend alot of time planning your grocery purchases and snapping your till slips to get "fictitious" money in your wallet. Try and cash out though and you never receive the money...and queries just get excuse after excuse...DONT WASTE YOUR TIME....and I'm not stopping with this complaint, I'm going to find out where they can be reported to. I'm waiting 2 months, others are waiting up to 8 months....why do you offer this and mislead people!!!
We have 3 vehicles on Car Track..company account. One of the vehicles was written off in an accident WE DID NOT CAUSE. Apart from the trauma of going through a serious car accident, Car Track made our lives harder. No empathy, sympathy, care or giving a dam! Trying to cancel 1 vehicle...not even the whole account..is worse than pulling hens teeth. Terrible service from day 1...wish we never signed up with them. From sales to client services, staff are rude, cut you off, don't reply to emails...don't action your cancellation as requested and cannot give you an answer to any questions regarding the date you will be debited with the cancellation fee, when the policy will actually be cancelled or when you will receive the tax invoice. My next step is to take it to the CEO...found his details whilst HOLDING SO LONG FOR SOMEONE TO COME BACK TO THE PHONE
Business vehicle claim and Jabu Mlangeni supported us from day one even when we wanted to pursue on our own. 3 weeks later realised we in over our head and went back to Jabu who has resolved EVERYTHING in just over a week! Excellent service, good communicator, makes customer feel very at ease, trustworthy - keeps his word. Very appreciative 🙏

It is such a hassle to phone every month to ask for a tax invoice for vat purposes. I phoned yesterday, spoke to Sifundo who told me that as soon as he has the tax invoice it will be emailed to us in 10 minutes..its midday the next day and still nothing, so as usual, have to phone again. Maybe Sifundo has nothing to do, but I do not have time as a business owner to make multiple phone calls every month for the same thing. Sifundo is a ****!
Logged claim no 23/060895 a week and a half ago for tiles lifting in my kitchen. 3 "experts" have been out and no one can tell me what's wrong, if they can assist to repair or any communication whatsoever. I have made at least 6 calls and contacted complaints dept today. I held so long trying to get feedback my airtime ran out. Highly dissappointed, I just want to know the status of my claim. To make matters worse the plumber they sent smashed a tile in my entrance with his hammer, now I must live like this until they wake up
