After months of searching for the perfect spectacle frame, I ultimately decided on one from EyeQ at the V&A Waterfront. Regrettably, I couldn't fully enjoy these glasses because I experienced frequent headaches, and it wasn't until my recent visit to my optometrist that I understood why.

After a back & through with team members and a store visit, I was not happy with the feedback and outcomes in trying to solve the issue with my spectecle frame.

I received an after-hours call from one of the eyeQ partners on Wednesday, who took the time to understand my issue and offered his expertise and services. This gentleman dedicated himself during our appointment yesterday to resolve my issue with option 1 as prescribed by himself. If this does not work, we ahve option two and potentially option 3.
