After months of searching for the perfect spectacle frame, I ultimately decided on one from EyeQ at the V&A Waterfront. Regrettably, I couldn't fully enjoy these glasses because I experienced frequent headaches, and it wasn't until my recent visit to the optometrist that I understood why.
My optometrist informed me that the EyeQ sales representative should have told me about the option to extend the temple length, as the current length was too short for my larger face. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with EyeQ, they have shown no interest in taking responsibility for their oversight. Furthermore, their head office has completely ignored all of my emails. To make matters worse, due to their poor customer service, I am now expected to pay more than half the price of the glasses to purchase new temples.
I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company, across all four of their branches, given their refusal to acknowledge their mistakes and their inadequate customer service.
