We have been with this Company for a year now and sales are amazing but after service does not deserve a 1. My wife phoned last week to get her motorbike throttle fixed they said we will come Tuesday 17/02/2026. At 16:40 after waiting the whole day she gets a text apologies we wil not be coming! Now today they came to fix the throttle and the technical guy told her if its not the throttle they (office) but your bike of because of none payment. Now first thing that gets paid is our transport she has the proof of payment. Now at 17:21 she let me know the bike does not preform. We have contacted them but no reply! Now please tell me when the bikes stops and don't work must we leave it at the side of the road( like the people) have told us 3time previously with brake downs! Who is going go pay her uber go get go work and back because we re**** on her bike BUT we cant coz your after service SUCK! THIS COMPANY IS NOT A RELIABLE SOURSE OF TRANSPORT! I am posting here coz nobody gets back to us and the owner doesn't answer when, we phone!

After submitting paperwork, i waited 4 days for an answer of approval. Only to find out they don't have stock of the item. Please inform customers about all necessary details before hand. What a waste of time.

The bike is fine untill you get stuck net to the road and there is no one to assist you, all the phone is off, if you ask please come and sort this out, it's the only transport you have, they don't have drivers of they don't work in certain areas, so you must walk and see more to work, of pay hell lot of money for uber or bolt, since Thursday till this morning it's been 700 for me to get to work and back, I pay my bike every month, so I do not have to struggle to get where a need to be, tlbut they don't care, they do not communicate, but boy don't pay on time, they will tell you we will switch off your bike if you don't pay, your customers service sucks

After delivery I had some issues with the electronics of my bike, but after peaking to Lerato and Anthony most of the issues were sorted, exept for the number plate and disk. I've been through a few roadblocks and it's been very close for the bike to be impounded. Other than that I appreciate you guys helping out in the end even though billing for a month die to time in repair and paying a premium for insurance whilst the bike is not registered is a bit odd.

I received my bike on June 28th after a 3-month wait, and I was excited. Unfortunately, I noticed a few small issues right away and reported them, but I didn’t worry too much since I loved the bike. However, just a week later, at 199 km, it completely stopped working during light rain—the lights, alarm, and hooter all failed. I reported this immediately and was told a repair technician would be in my area in 2-3 weeks. I asked about having an auto electrician take a look, but they couldn't help due to lack of expertise. EZ Bikes assured me this was acceptable. Three weeks later, the technician arrived but had no spare parts and promised to return in two days. Instead, it took five days for him to come back again—still without any necessary parts. The bike remains unfixed. I was offered a new bike but later told another mechanic would handle the repairs, assuring me I'd have it back in a matter of days. There's been no new bike and no loan unit provided, despite initial promises. Now I’ve discovered I'm two months behind on payments, which makes no sense since I’ve only had the bike for a month and a half and already paid for the first month. When I contacted accounts, they brushed me off, insisting I just pay up as their computer couldn't possibly be wrong. As of August 22nd, it’s been 7 weeks since delivery and I’m being ignored by everyone at the company. There’s no update on the repair status or clarification on the amount owed. I am extremely disappointed with EZ Bikes. The bike has been unroadworthy since week 1, and I still have no registration or licensing from them. Seven weeks without a number plate or disk? This is unacceptable. Having a great product doesn’t justify treating your customers this poorly. I had the bike for a week before it encountered serious problems, and I’ve been patient with the repair and licensing issues. But to suggest that I owe money for a period when the bike was out for repairs is ridiculous. I don’t expect a response to this post, as it seems like these concerns will just be ignored like many others. Ignoring customers who have been wronged is simply unacceptable.

New Bike Issues ,and it needs repairs /replacement parts already.I got the flagship "superbike" and on day 1 of testing it the battery indicator was faulty.The claimed top speed of 95km/85km i could not reach (on a downhill)They replaced the main cluster and when i took it for a test ,same issues.Did they test the bike before delivery ? is this a new bike ? did i buy a dud ? Lets hope they assist with it or ill be returning it

The scooter drives like a dream, but the service when it comes to, licence plate and disc they are bad, my sister got her scooter after me, and she got her number plate and disc 2 weeks later, I'm in my 2nd month still waiting for mine, not even gloves of rain jacket nothing still waiting for everything, they said comes with the scooter
