After submitting paperwork, i waited 4 days for an answer of approval. Only to find out they don't have stock of the item. Please inform customers about all necessary details before hand. What a waste of time.

So a typical December Saturday moring, wanting to spoil myself by upgrading my vehicle sound system. So i bought a Jebson JB5851T DVD/Bluetooth car radio from Cash crusaders 2 or more years ago. So i thought let me support them like i always do. So my plan was to sell my current radio to upgrade it to a newer model and add a subwoofer and amp to it (From my local CC) So when i went to ask them how much they would give me for my old radio, the gentleman said (sorry sir we don't buy them back) reason being its to old. So now my question is they don't even buy their own Jebson products back. Model of the story is, are these products so bad that they don't buy them back or what 🤷🏻♂️ Conclusion: I will not support any Cash Crusaders ever again nor will i send any referrals there. I am really disappointed, and i would not recommend anyone buying any of their brands 🤕
I opened an FNB account online in June, on the 21st of June i submitted my documents for FICA on my app. I then received an sms saying they will sms me when its done. After 3 business days i called them cause i did not get an sms. I then called the customer care. They said i should wait another 3 days so i waited. Then i got an Email asking for my documents, so i mailed them the documents again. Then on the 2nd of July i went to the branch in Woodlands mall Pretoria. To collect my card. I then got my card. And then wanted to link my paypal to it, i was told to deposit money into the account. When trying to deposit money it said FICA documents outstanding. Then Today 3 July i got an email, after asking them again why is it taking so long? To submit my ID copy again in PDF format. Now my question is, as a new client of FNB why do i need to call them all the time??? Why didn't anyone come back to me??? Is this how all customer are treated ??? I am really very frustrated as i need to use the account. How long does it take now to open an account ??? If this is the way clients are being handled, FNB will lose a lot of clients. I hope this matter can be resolved asap. Thank you in advance

I’m very disappointed in the service received by United airlines. I arrived from a flight from United States on Sunday. When collecting my baggage my one bag was missing. Two days later they phoned me and said the bag has been found they will deliver it. Shortly after that I received another call saying i need to come pick it up from the airport OR thambo. Now i am confused it’s not my fault that my bag went missing now i must drive up and down to collect it
To Whom it may concern, On the 19th of December 2022 i bought a JBL flip 6 portable bt speaker (Rcpt 0654) from your store in IC Menlyn maine (store 6901) While busy with the transaction on the card machine the electricity went off, ant the cashier ( Phuti) said the transaction did not go though. So the transaction was done again for the amount of R 2,504.00. After the second transaction i got a notification that it was deducted twice from my account. They then said it will automatically reverse, but it did not up until today 29 December 2022. So please just process my refund asap
I suspended my account, due to the fact that I was un unemployed last year 2020. So i phoned Standardbank today and the lady who i spoke to said she lifted the suspention. After work i tried to use my card but still suspended. I cant go to a branch cause they all close early due to covid. So i cant see why it is so difficult just to resolve this problem
My contract with telkom expired long ago. So according to me i was supposed to get billed, per month for service used. Now my line was cut 3 months ago and telkom keeps on billing me. How does that work?
