Safe travels with EZ SHUTTLE SERVICES!
We had an excellent experience with George from EZ Shuttle Services. He picked us up at Oliver Tambo and drove us safely home under very challenging conditions, including heavy rain and busy roads. Throughout the journey, George remained calm, focused, and highly responsible, navigating the dangerous road conditions with great skill. We felt safe at all times. George truly impressed us with his professionalism — his car was spotless, his personal appearance neat, and his quiet confidence reassuring. It was a real privilege to have George as our driver, and we would highly recommend him and EZ Shuttle Services to anyone seeking a safe and reliable transfer.

Not happy
This driver working for this company is so selfish. He pushed infront of everyone waiting at the airport and then when he got to the boom he didn't even pay his ticket and held everyone up after pushing. Please don't use this service. I can add a photo if you request.

Not happy
This driver working for this company is so selfish. He pushed infront of everyone waiting at the airport and then when he got to the boom he didn't even pay his ticket and held everyone up after pushing. Please don't use this service. I can add a photo if you request.

Travel safe with Eugene in EZ SHUTTLE!
On Sunday, 7 December we travelled with Eugene to OLIVER TAMBO. Eugene was an absolute pleasure to travel with. He has excellent social skills and made our trip very comfortable. He even went out of his way to help us find a trolley for our luggage at the airport, which we truly appreciated. He was punctual and very respectful of our appointment time. As a driver, Eugene is responsible, attentive, and maintains great conversation while always prioritising road safety. We felt completely safe in his hands. Highly recommended!

Travel safe with Eugene in EZ SHUTTLE!
On Sunday, 7 December we travelled with Eugene to OLIVER TAMBO. Eugene was an absolute pleasure to travel with. He has excellent social skills and made our trip very comfortable. He even went out of his way to help us find a trolley for our luggage at the airport, which we truly appreciated. He was punctual and very respectful of our appointment time. As a driver, Eugene is responsible, attentive, and maintains great conversation while always prioritising road safety. We felt completely safe in his hands. Highly recommended!

Poor Service EZ Shuttle avoid!!!
The Website online booking simply did not work, now we are forced to book telephonically or maybe on iPhone, as the online web system is dysfunctional, easier to just book an Uber!! They are going own, be aware, completely inflexible can not even move the time for pickup by 1 hr!!!

EZ Shuttle - Poor service
This company was paid to pick me up and take me to the airport. The driver arrived and I asked him to wait as I was on my way home. He was very arrogant and impatient and I was not sure if he was a meter taxi or not. When I got home, he had left. I called him - then he said he cannot wait more than 30 minutes. I asked him why didnt he tell me this upfront. I asked him to come back but he refused and asked me to call his office. He was very aggressive and arrogant. He did not bother to call me or even watsapp me to tell me he was leaving. It seems like he wanted to leave all the time. The dealings with the office was no better - none of them was interested in helping me get to the airport - all they were interested in was to make sure the company was not at fault. They wanted to investigate but none of them came back to me - I had to call them several times. Yes I was not there on time, but surely have some consideration or at least explain the process before or let me know he was leaving, or try to assist in some way. I got to the airport and the flight had already closed. This is very poor customer service - they know nothing about customer service and don't care I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

EZ Shuttle services
On Wednesday 2 April I made use from EZ Shuttle Services to travel from Durban to Richards Bay. I worked until 17:00 and the weather was horrible. Excellent service
I have nothing but positive things to say about EZ Shuttle Services. From start to finish the booking, communication and service delivery was excellent. All staff and drivers very professional. I highly recommend using them for your transport requirements

Bad admin service
EZ shuttle in Port Elizabeth has the worst admin people I landed from Cape Town this afternoon to have one of their drivers leave me behind with the group I came with stating my name was not on the list when my head office tried contacting them asking how was I left behind from that group that was picked up,they rep**** by saying it was a miscommunication I stood a whole hour waiting for the same driver who left to come back.Honestly the worse service and I will never stop giving word of month from this poor experience from EZ shuttle.
