I asked for this sim swop on mobile number ending with ***8554 on Afrihost's Air mobile service as I got a new iPhone - I scanned to QR code I received on 22 Dec at 2pm - I got the new QR code but the cell number has now changed to a temporary number ending with ***6301??? - I contacted Afrihost several times, but after 2 days this still has not chnaged and I am asked to wait some more days - unacceptable!!!!y I have now tried for TWO DAYS - WHEN WILL THIS GET FIXED????
Unable to add new recipients and pay them on Sundays after 2pm. I tried to add a new recipient 5 times after 2 pm on a Sunday, and I approved on my secondary device, yet the recipient never appeared - I did it 5 times. I called FNB business, and Sewele answered the phone, he told me that he cannot assist because FNB online banking is offline - he contradicted himself as later he stated they opened 24 hrs - he was correct though and online banking is nit avialable - so simply after 2pm on a Sunday you van not add a beneficiary to your FNB account - as a business this is DISASTROUS!!
Bought a new car in September with ABSA Vehicle Finance. We tried to log into the ABSA app to monitor the account as was suggested in our letter from ABSA. It failed with an error message on having dual accounts. We logged a call and after about 10 different interactions, we were informed by a senior consultant in the ABSA complaint division, that it is IMPOSSIBLE to link the ABSA app if you only have a vehicle finance account with ABSA and that we will need to go to a branch and open a transactional account. We do not need a transactional account, so we decided to go without the App. ABSA promised to send monthly statements, to date we have not received a single statement, every time we call the helpline they promised to send, and at the same time suggest we use the online App, which we were told is NOT POSSIBLE by several senior ABSA officers, includiing the branch - can ABSA Vehicle Finance decide whether it is possible to have the APP and allow us access to it???
I have been a business account holder with FNB for 8 years, have 3 accounts, ct card, gold business account, money on call account, due to some grants I receive, I needed to create another call account, on the App I added a new call account to ring fence transactions - it is now been a week, five e-mails, 6 calls, and the acount is frown, I needed to fill in a Tax form, which I did, and still nothing, it is IMPOSSIBLE for an existing business with a good ct record and substantial funds in an account to open another savings account - it is beyond me!!!
The Website online booking simply did not work, now we are forced to book telephonically or maybe on iPhone, as the online web system is dysfunctional, easier to just book an Uber!! They are going own, be aware, completely inflexible can not even move the time for pickup by 1 hr!!!
We got new vehicle finance from ABSA, which was super easy. Then, we received instructions on how to create an internet banking profile online to access the account. The instructions are not working; it refuses to register us. When we called the ABSA help line as suggested, we were instructed to visit a branch. Why, if it is supposed to be easy to activate an online profile online???
I am an existing NETSTAR EasyFleet customer, I am adding a 5th car to my fleet, it took 12 calls thus far and no one can assist me to install an Netstar Unit - nearly 1.5hrs on the phone, with promises of call back - NOTHING!!!
I placed an order on Makro's online store for R30K. I paid via OZOW, and during payment, an error message appeared. I reverted to redo the payment, but then noticed that the amount had been deducted from my FNB account, so it was paid... yet the Makro site still shows it as not reflected on their side. So I paid R30 K, they took the money...I emailed the online customer service and made two phone calls. They told me it would take 8 working days to get back to me. However, they literally stole R30,000 from my bank account, which will nw be in their account for at least 8 working days, earning interest on my money. It is theft and *****!
I used to be a director of a company but resigned a year ago, I was the administrator of the e-filing profile, despite numerous attempts by myself and the new company owners, SARS has been unable to remove me as admistrator and put the new owner on.....two in person visits with ALL the required company resolutions and company documents, given to SAS physically and ALSO uploaded on e-filing, I am STILL the only authorised representative, theyer seems NO option to dlete myself, and SARS is seemingly UNABLE to do so either -- it is a miracle they manage to get their tax, I have been doing the new owners a favour to file their tax returns, but after 6 months of trying to be removed I am simply tired now!!! What to do??????
In 2020, I ordered a lounge set from Furniture Warehouse, sold to me as "Genuine Leather". The "leather" started cracking, and I took it to an upholsterer to fix. We now realise it was NOT Genuine leather but Vinyl - which is why it has cracked - I kept samples of the vinyl and have the original order and quote which claims it to be real leather
