Don’t use Ezdebt solutions.

Just short of 5 years of paying off my debts with Ezdebt and not missing a single payment, I’ve been getting messages from my bank notifying me that the one of the accounts ezdebt is managing is in arrears. This is mismanagement of funds and also ******** - I have reported this matter to NCA as well as the CODC.

These issues only occurred once I started receiving emails to make sure I don’t miss a debt review payment - it’s on debit order and goes off without failure and has done so since April 2021.
