I have three Husky Air EZVIZ security cameras that were offline for sometime. I'm trying to get them back online but the QR codes and verification codes that are needed to get them online have been weathered off the cameras. The packaging that had the verification codes have also been discarded. The verification code is only available on the EZVIZ app for the one camera that is online, but not for the two that are offline. I contacted EZVIZ via the chat on the app and was told to email the camera serial numbers to EZVIZ. I sent emails to account@ezviz.com, support.af@ezviz.com, and support@ezviz.com on the 7th and 10th of February 2025 respectively and haven't received any replies from them at all. I called the South African dealer, BNETA, and they just referred me back to the client services that I haven't received any response from. EZVIZ cameras are good, but their after market support is absolutely horrible. Don't buy EZVIZ cameras. You'll be wasting your money if something goes wrong and you need their support.
