DIRTY SHOES

I bought my son a pair of Fabiani sneaker on Saturday 15 December 2024 at Fabiani Cresta Mall ,the service I received was very good however when I got home and made him fit the shoes I realized that the one sneaker is dirty on the inside I then sent my daughter the next day back to the store to exchange the shoe but unfortunately they couldn’t change it hence they didn’t have the size available in that particular sneaker and was told that they will call us hence they need to get the shoes from a different branch. Till now no one has called and it’s almost Christmas is this the service that you guys provide and why in the first place didn’t they notice that the sneaker is dirty. I mean your service instore was very good. It’s almost a whole week and no one is calling I spend R3000 this is the service I’m getting? NOT HAPPY AT ALL I PAID R2300 for the sneaker and R700 for a skipper.Contact number0735166335
