I am very furious I bought the 2x simba strips(lunch box pack) at Checker hyper Westgate Mall on the 01/08/2025 of which I always buy never did I experience such bull **** you packets are empty not even half filled and there’s literally crumbs inside this is unacceptable. I want feedback today from Simba regarding this **** imagine if my kids went to school with it only to discover that there’s no crisp inside. This is really bad for such a big company I am really disappointed. If I don’t get feedback I will write a review on hello Peter. This is bull**** see attached videos. Makes me wonder what you really think of your customers serving them with this ****. I did my grocery shopping at Pick n Pay Brixton on Saturday 25/01/2025 which included a pack of the pick n pay rite brand Vienna's whcih was in a clear pack for about R35.I opened the pack and made lunch for my kids and neice only to find out that i sent the kids to school with rotten Vienna's.I have also noticed that their lunch hampers the Polony was green but it was still in the fridge .I always buy my groceries from them and this is the first time that I am expericeing this. How can they keep rotten stuff in their fridge and sell to the publick.NOT HAPPY AT ALLL.My neice is at the doctor now becuase she has been vomiting since yetserday i hope and pray that it is not food poisoning.
I have logged a complaint about Fabiani last week till date no response at all....IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS PATHETIC SERVICE I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NONE OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS BUYS FROM YOUR STORE ..YOU GIVE US A CLASS SERVICE IN STORE BUT YOU CAN'T RESPOND TO CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS.I HAD TO GO PERSONALLY TO THE STORE WHERE I BOUGHT MY SONS SNEAKERS AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT TILL TUESDAY THEY WILL GET IT FROM ANOTHER STORE AND WILL MAKE CONTACT WITH ME ..IS THIS HOIW YOU GUYS OPERATE AFTER WE SPEND SO MUCH MONET ON YOUR BRAND THEN YOU GET SUCH BAD SERVICE .IM REALLY P..... Good day When I signed up for the WIFI it was never installed as promised by the consultant which I spoke to Zanele and I requested it to be cancelled and you guys sent out someone to install the router which was never used.How can I be billed R1760 for something that was never used.I will logged a complaint on Helo Peter because the service that I receive from you guys from the first to the last call was very poor. Cancell this service with immediate effect and I am not going to pay R1760 for something that was never used. I was never told that Telkom will be involved and no package was disclosed to me when I signed up. I was transparent from the start and I told you guys that I want a month to month contract and you guys agreed that it will be month to month. Zanele from Telkom came but I wasn’t home but at work then another guy from Telkom came a few weeks to test the line but the router was never used. I will not pay for something that was never used. A FOLLOW UP EMAIL WAS SENT BUT NO ONE EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY..PATHETIC SERVICE I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO NEVER USE VOX THEY DONT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER CARE IS CONTACT NUMBER Regards
I bought my son a pair of Fabiani sneaker on Saturday 15 December 2024 at Fabiani Cresta Mall ,the service I received was very good however when I got home and made him fit the shoes I realized that the one sneaker is dirty on the inside I then sent my daughter the next day back to the store to exchange the shoe but unfortunately they couldn’t change it hence they didn’t have the size available in that particular sneaker and was told that they will call us hence they need to get the shoes from a different branch. Till now no one has called and it’s almost Christmas is this the service that you guys provide and why in the first place didn’t they notice that the sneaker is dirty. I mean your service instore was very good. It’s almost a whole week and no one is calling I spend R3000 this is the service I’m getting? I bought two big macs and a happy meal from Mc d's at Westgate yesterday the cashier wasn't friendly at all and on top of that when I got home my son opened the box only to find that there was only a burger inside without fries and juice. This is not the first time that I have been receiving a half meal from Mc d's.Not a happy customer at all
