Recently visited there to do an exchange the store manager Wesley has a very bad attitude and he didn't seem interested to assist,just was further confirmed as I witnessed him on a call with a customer on the phone and he was rude to this customer and stating they are one of the top performing stores in the country,he ended the call and bad mounted this customer which to me is unprofessional,he also stated to the customer on the phone that they are only 2 staff members but I saw more than 4 staff there,this person is so rude and has no customer service or customer orientated,please can you send this employee for training or he will surely run this store to the ground... Very unhappy customer.
