Really disgusted!!! My husbands account was hacked, the hacker even posted a birth certificate-how we came to know that the account was hacked

Really disgusted!!! My husbands account was hacked, the hacker even posted a birth certificate-how we came to know that the account was hacked. Been reporting the account like crazy, I even sent them an email to please remove the account as this hacker now has access to personal info and pictures of my children! Yet, facebook does NOTHING!
