Bad Client Service

I'm from a Factorie store in Maponya Mall today and got assisted by Malindie, who advised that I need to wait for their Manager who had gone to the restroom. She did so without even explaining to me why I had to wait for the manager until one of her colleagues asked if I had been assisted.

I don't understand why I had to wait for the manager because, prior to going to Factorie, I went to Cotton on and they assist me without any hassles.

So Factorie store in Maponya does not have a second in command that can assist clients when the manager is not in store? Especially when the payment was done via Payflex.

I am not happy at all with the service I received from their store.
